Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

You’re welcome to place an order at any time—day or night! For example, if you place an order at 9:45 PM on a weekday, we’ll see it the next business day and begin processing it during regular hours. The same applies to weekend orders: if you place an order on a Saturday, we’ll review and begin processing it on Monday. In most cases, your treats will be ready for delivery the following business day (Tuesday in this example).

The same schedule applies to messages about treat customizations or general inquiries—we’ll get back to you during our business hours.
